Why choose a Doypack for your product?

In today’s world, packaging plays a key role in preserving products and attracting consumers. One of the most optimal solutions in this context is the doypack — a packaging style gaining popularity due to its unique characteristics and versatility.

What is a Doypack?

A doypack is flexible packaging made of polymer materials, often with a multi-layer structure. Typically, it combines laminated materials from various polymers, kraft paper, and aluminum foil. These multi-layer films are named according to the order of abbreviations of their components from the outer layer inward, for example, PET / Al / PE:

  • The outer layer is polyethylene terephthalate (PET),
  • The middle layer is aluminum foil (Al),
  • The inner layer is polyethylene (PE).

The outer layer protects against external impact and serves as a base for printed designs. The middle layer provides barrier properties (e.g., protection from UV rays and gases), and the inner layer ensures the packaging is sealed.

Advantages of doypack pouch:

  1. Stable base: The key feature of a doypack is its structure with a bottom that allows it to stand on its own, even with a small product weight. The polymer material makes it durable in various storage and transportation conditions.
  1. Versatility: This packaging form is widely used in various industries and can be applied to many types of products, from beverages to food additives and even chemicals.
  1. Long shelf life: Doypack pouches are valued for their ability to preserve product quality over extended periods. The right combination of materials prevents light and moisture penetration, ensuring prolonged freshness.
  1. Sealing capability: Doypack zipper bags are typically equipped with a zip-lock or spout, which helps keep products safe and sealed, maintaining freshness for longer.
  1. Additional options for user convenience: When needed, we can add tear notches, degassing valves, spouts (pouring nozzles), Euro-holes, and handles to the sachets doypack. Any design can be printed on the packaging, helping your product stand out in the market.

Where are doypacks used?

Doypack stand up pouches are widely used across various industries. They are popular among coffee roasters, tea producers, dairy manufacturers, baby food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and chemical industries. This packaging type is ideal for preserving and showcasing products due to its characteristics. Its advantages in long-term storage, eco-friendliness, and versatility make it an optimal choice for manufacturers and consumers alike. Understanding the benefits and applications of doypacks helps in selecting the right packaging option for various products.

Doypack Pricing

Understanding pricing is essential when choosing packaging. The cost of doypack bags depends on quantity, packaging size, material types, and the design you select. Choosing effective packaging can increase your brand’s popularity and competitiveness in the market.

How to order?

We accept branding orders starting from 2,000 packages. All standard packaging types are available for branding—doypack, flat bottom, and gusset, with various materials: matte or glossy coating, soft-touch varnish, and different types of paper. Doypack papier or kraft doypack are very popular and are the most common choice among coffee roasters.

On standard doypack packaging, it may not always be possible to print on all sides due to restrictions on branding the bottom. We treat each project individually, even for standard packages. The use of screen printing, foil embossing, and unique shapes will help make standard solutions stand out in the market.
