These multi-layer films are named according to the order of abbreviations of their components from the outer layer inward, for example, PET / Al / PE:

• The outer layer is polyethylene terephthalate (PET),
• The middle layer is aluminum foil (Al),
• The inner layer is polyethylene (PE).

The outer layer protects against external impact and serves as a base for printed designs. The middle layer provides barrier properties (e.g., protection from UV rays and gases), and the inner layer ensures the packaging is sealed.

How to order?

We accept branding orders starting from 2,000 packages. All standard packaging types are available for branding—doypack, flat bottom, and gusset, with various materials: matte or glossy coating, soft-touch varnish, and different types of paper. Doypack papier or kraft doypack are very popular and are the most common choice among coffee roasters.

On standard doypack packaging, it may not always be possible to print on all sides due to restrictions on branding the bottom. We treat each project individually, even for standard packages. The use of screen printing, foil embossing, and unique shapes will help make standard solutions stand out in the market.
