An individual project of flexible packaging is a designer in which you can assemble your unique packaging from various components: from the material of the packaging to its size and design. Factory’s capabilities allow you to customize the project at various stages of production and provide the package with all the necessary properties.
The choice of material — packaging for demanding products
Some products, such as coffee or cookies, do not require special storage conditions and can be packaged in standard packages. However, packaging for many other products must have specific properties — resistance to caustic substances and temperature, high tightness, etc.
We create individual projects for many demanding products:
- jams, sauces, ketchups
- household and automotive chemicals
- cosmetics, personal hygiene products
- products with oils
- wet fodder for animals, canned food
- and other categories of goods.
In order to choose the suitable materials for your order, the Aris manager clarifies the specifics of the production and packaging of the product, the conditions of its transportation and storage, as well as many other details. This will allow us to select convenient materials and create a package that will have all the necessary properties.
Individual size and shape
It doesn’t matter if you are packing a few grams of product or more than 10 kilograms – we will design the proper size package. At the same time, we will take into account the durability of the material and, if necessary, add options such as cut-out handles that help transport large packages.
An individual project also allows you to choose the packaging shape. You can give it the appearance of a bottle, apple, cloud, etc.
This function is only available for doy packs (stand-up pouch) and three-seam stand-up bag bags.
full-color printing on the package
An individual packaging project allows not only to create a clear and bright image, but also to print the maximum useful area. You can cover the entire surface of the package, its sides and even the bottom with printing. The foil inside the packaging can also be colored or have a picture applied to it.
Full color printing is available for all types of packaging surfaces, including kraft paper. The design on such a type of surface is just as clear, and the colors become softer and more comfortable.
More design tricks — selective matting
Allows you to make the package textured in appearance and touch. The combination of gloss and matte surface adds a highlight to the most minimalist design and draws attention to the product.
Additional options in individual projects
We add various options to the packaging that expand its functionality for convenient sale at retail outlets or additional convenience for users.
spouts
Fittings are spouts for dispensing liquid and pastry products, using for ketchup, ice cream and jams, household and automotive chemicals, etc.
handles
Handles and Euro slots we cut on the packaging so that the product can be placed closer to the customer (for example, next to the cashier) and simplify the transportation of the item.
Shaped windows
Shaped windows help to see the product live and make sure of its quality. The windows can have a curved shape and be located anywhere on the package. Even one or several walls can be made completely transparent.
Zip fasteners
Zip fasteners are a convenient option for packages in which the product is not only purchased, but also stored after opening. The fastener allows you to keep it fresh for a long time.
Tear-off perforation
Tear-off perforation will help to easily tear and open the package.
Rounded corners
Rounded corners make transportation safer, as sharp corners will not damage neighboring packages or scratch the buyer.
Degassing valve
We add it to the packaging for freshly roasted coffee. The valve removes carbon dioxide, which is released by the grains for several days after processing.

The minimum order volume for individual packages is approximately 500 kg of material. The number of completed packages depends on their size, material composition and density, branding and other characteristics.
