Orders are generally shipped with tracking numbers within 1-2 days after payment is received from our warehouse in Poland.
Delivery cost depends on the number of packages and the country where the order is delivered.

To deliver orders, we use the services of transport companies UPS, DPD, Raben, etc.
The terms of international service are available on the websites of transport companies.

Delivery times do not depend on the store.

Claims regarding the quality and quantity can be submitted within 5 calendar days from the day of receipt of the order, and regarding defects that could not be detected upon acceptance of the order (hidden defects) within 60 days from the date of receipt.

A claim in writing shall contain the following information:
•  the name and quantity of packages for which the claim is made;
•  the nature of the quality discrepancy or the amount of the shortage;
•  the label from the box;
•  the Buyer's requirements (replacement of low-quality packages, financial compensation, additional supply, etc.).

The Seller is obliged to consider the claim and give a substantiated response within 15 days from the date of receipt of the claim.
If the Seller deems it necessary, he has the right to send his representative to the Buyer to draw up a report on the identified deficiencies.

In case of inadequate quality of the packages, the Seller is obliged, in agreement with the Buyer:
•  to replace it with a quality one within 60 days from the date of return of the substandard packages;
•  to pay in favor of the Buyer the amount of compensation agreed by the Parties.
The same requirements apply in the case of a quantitative shortage.

In the event of the return of low-quality packaging and shipment of high-quality (replaced) or incomplete packaging, the transport costs are paid by the Seller.
